New Year Circle with Cacao

Sunday January 18

3:00-5:00pm

School of Arts Hall, Urunga

Coming together in sacredness is the way of the heart, in community and connection with oneself and others, the lands and Spirit.

You are warmly invited to join us for this heart-opening sacred ceremony to call in your dreams and grounded intentions for the new year. Our ceremony begins with a cleansing smoking ritual and welcome. With the support of sacred rituals and guided practices including ceremonial cacao, meditation, writing/drawing and sound, we will steadily ground and drop deep into our hearts as we invite our intentions for 2026 forward. Depending on the flow of the ceremony on the day, for those who choose, there may be an opportunity for participants to share or be held in silence within the group.

As well as ceremonial cacao, sound will be integral to our ceremony, including a beautiful selection of crystal and/or Himalayan singing bowls, native American flute, Shamanic drum, voice and more that will carry you with gentleness and love, home to your heart. We will close our ceremony with simplicity, gently grounding in and honouring ourselves and our sacred intentions.

All are welcome, just as you are.

Places are limited to honour each person's presence and the integrity of the circle.

Each participant will be provided with a yoga mat, bolster, eye pillow and blanket. Please wear warm, comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle, journal/notepad and pen. An extra blanket and/or small cushion for under your head is also recommended.

Please advise of any dietary requirements on the booking form. Organic almond milk, honey and spices are usually used when making the cacao, however alternatives can be used if you advise in advance.

School of Arts Hall, Urunga
