Sacred Cacao and Sound Ceremony

Coming together in sacredness is the way of the heart, in community and connection with oneself and others, the lands and Spirit.

​

You are warmly invited to join this heart-opening ceremony. After an opening circle of welcome and birthing our intentions, we will drop into silence with sacred rituals and the beautiful medicine of cacao. Lay down and be immersed in a deeply soothing and potent sound bath, featuring a beautiful selection of crystal and Tibetan singing and healing bowls, Native American flute and more that will carry you home to your heart, integrating your journey with gentleness and love.

We will close with simplicity, gently grounding in and honouring our journeys.

 

All are welcome, just as you are

​

Yoga mats and cushions/bolsters will be provided. You are of course also welcome to bring your own.

​

Please wear loose fitting, comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle and a wrap or blanket for warmth, as well as anything else you may need to support your comfort.
