Service Description
Massage - Sessions are adapted intuitively to meet each client's needs. Remedial (deep tissue) and relaxation techniques are used with massage oil on the skin to soothe tension, promote deep relaxation and restore balance and calm to your nervous system. Towels and blankets are used to cover the client's body and maintain warmth. Reiki - Hands are placed lightly on specific positions of the body for several minutes at a time. The Usui System of Reiki Healing is an ancient healing art that brings Universal Life Force into the clients body. It is deeply healing and relaxing. The client lays fully clothed on the massage table, with the option of a light shawl or blanket. Sound Healing - The client lays fully clothed on the massage table, with a light shawl or blanket. Instruments are intuitively selected for each session from a range of Crystal and Himalayan Singing Bowls, Native American Flutes, Shamanic Drums and voice. Shamanic Bodywork - An energetic session, tailored to meet the client's individual needs. The client remains fully clothed and lays on a massage table, usually with a light shawl or blanket over their body. Naomi works with light touch, placing her hands either on or just above the body. Crystals, sound healing and plants (in the form of incense and essential oils) may also be incorporated into sessions. Naomi works with Spirit and the lands to call in ancient healing wisdom and light to guide and support clients on their path.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule an appointment or yoga class, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. A 25% cancellation fee will apply. If less than 24 hours notice is given, a 100% cancellation fee will apply, For Special Events, including Day Retreats and Ceremonies, if more than 72 hours notice is given, a cancellation fee equivalent to 25% of the full ticket price will apply. If less than 72 hours notice is given, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
