Service Description
You are warmly invited to join us for his heart-opening seasonal ceremony to honour the first New Moon in Spring. Coming together in sacredness is the way of the heart, in community and connection with oneself and others, the lands and Spirit. Our ceremony begins with a cleansing smoking ritual and welcome. With the support of sacred rituals and guided practices including Ceremonial Cacao, Meditation, Breathwork, Journalling and Sound, we will steadily ground and drop deep into our hearts as we call forward energies that we are ready to be with, release and/or invite into our lives. Depending on the flow of the ceremony, there may be an opportunity for participants who choose to share or be held in silence within the group. In addition to Ceremonial Cacao, sound will be integral to our Circle. Instruments will include a beautiful selection of crystal and/or Himalayan singing bowls, native American flute, Shamanic drum and voice that will carry you with gentleness and love, home to your heart. We will close with simplicity, gently grounding in and honouring ourselves and our sacred intentions. Each participant will be provided with a yoga mat, bolster, eye pillow and blanket. Please wear layered, comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle, journal/notepad and pen. An extra blanket and/or small cushion for under your head is also recommended. All are welcome, just as you are. Places are limited to honour each person's presence and the integrity of the gathering. $55 Earlybird (until 23/8) $60 (from 24/8)

Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule an appointment or yoga class, please contact us at least 72 hours prior to your appointment. A 25% cancellation fee will apply. If less than 72 hours notice is given, a 100% cancellation fee will apply. In the event of illness, your appointment/class will be rescheduled if possible. For Special Events (excluding retreats), if more than 7 days notice is given and your place can be filled, a cancellation fee equivalent to 25% of the full ticket price will apply. In all other situations, a 100% cancellation fee applies.
