Arrive Friday afternoon, perhaps choosing a Bodywork session or a quiet grounding time as you begin to pause, soften and gently unwind. Through guided sessions of gentle embodied movement, mindful creativity and grounded presence, find space to breathe, rest and expand in your heart with ease. Birth your sacred intentions and release any energy that doesn't align with your heart. This is a weekend to replenish and revitalise your whole being. You will leave with an overflowing cup, ready to integrate the deep nourishment you've received and step into Spring and Summer with grounded clarity, purpose and joy. This nurturing Spring Renewal Retreat includes: - 3 days and 2 nights of deep nourishment - Luxurious twin share rooms, each with private ensuite - Ceremonies and Circles attuned to the elements, weaving sacred rituals, creativity and grounded connection - Morning yoga and guided meditation sessions - Circle of Welcome and Closing Ceremony - Cacao Ceremony - Soothing Sound Baths, featuring crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, Shamanic drum, Native American flute and voice - Time and space to choose quiet reflection, rest, read, a cuppa, journalling etc - Fully catered with nourishing and delicious vegetarian food and herbal teas (additional dietary requirements can be accommodated) - Participant gift and more! - Option to add a sublimely relaxing Massage or Energetic Bodywork session with the amazingly gifted Jen (additional cost $110). It features 5 bedrooms with luxurious twin share rooms, each with private ensuite, gas log fireplace and air conditioning. There is also a swimming pool and onsite cafe. Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your booking more than 30 days prior to the retreat commencing and your place is filled by another participant, you will be entitled to a refund or a credit towards a future retreat equivalent to monies paid less a $200 administration fee. Otherwise, no refund or credit will be provided.
