Winter Solstice Immersion

Service Description

You are warmly invited to join us for this deeply nourishing immersion on the Winter Solstice - a potent time to slow down, listen and be held in unconditional love and the pure light of your intention. - Leave your day-to-day life at the door and allow the sacred ritual smoking ceremony to clear and lighten your energy. - Step into our ceremonial space and feel your whole being held in sacred presence, gentleness and care. - Invite your body to soften as you are guided in meditation and gentle yin yoga. - Feel warm ceremonial cacao expand your heart and let the soothing sounds of crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, native American flute, Shamanic drum and voice carry you deep within. - There will be time and space for quiet reflection, journalling and sharing or you may simply choose to lean back and listen. - We will conclude our gathering with a nourishing cup of homemade veggie soup and a community chat to warm our hearts and bodies. All are welcome, just as you are. Each participant will be provided with a yoga mat, bolster, eye pillow and blanket. Please wear warm, comfortable clothing (including socks) and bring a water bottle, journal/notepad and pen. An extra blanket and/or small cushion for under your head is also recommended. Chairs are available. Places are limited to honour each person's presence. Please advise of any dietary requirements on the booking form. Organic almond milk, honey and spices are usually used when making the ceremonial cacao however alternatives can be used if you advise in advance.
